About a week ago, I decided that it was time to get my blog going in full swing. I’ve had the blogger account for a while, but never really used it, until now.

In the short week, I have posted 31 articles till now, touching on topics that include Eskom, Zimbabwe, South Africa, cars, internet usage and so on. I have joined Amatomu and found myself keeping a close eye on my Amatomu rank. I’ve moved from some ridiculous 4 digit figure to being in the top 500 within 4 days and I have been comfortably bordering the 400 mark for 2 days now. I’m pretty chuffed with myself!

Some of the blogs that I’ve checked out and taken an interest in are iMod (who also won SA Blog Award 2008 for best tech blog!), The Outlet (who shares an interest in cars), Wogan May (for his alternative political view), Nappy Headed Pro (for being the best black South African blogger that I have found, mind you that I have noticed a MAJOR shortage of black bloggers!), Riply (for his positive post about SA) and a few others that I have ended up on based on their interesting comments on these above mentioned blogs.

Through sheer hard work and dedication Aquilogy;)

Thanks for compliments Island Chic :)

It's easy to post articles, but the biggest problem that I have found is posting QUALITY articles. I try to only post the quality stuff.

Thanks for checking it out and come again. I don't intend easing up on the posting just yet, so things will move along pretty fast.

Dude, i'll let you in on a secret - blogging's addictive as hell! Careful tho, i used to blog a personal diary styled blog on riply.co.za but after a couple months, the shit that it caused was unbarable :/

    So be warned :)

Keep it up mate, and you know what - i'll add your blog to my blogroll, let's get that rank to top 200!!

@ Riply - I can relate with the whole addictiveness thing, but I'm hoping that the novelty doesn't die down. It did before, but I got a feeling about this time around.

Thanks for the blog roll, the favour has just been returned! Good looking out!

31 Posts in a week that's freakin ridiculous. They say once u get to 200 posts your blog starts to become profitable. With your work rate that won't take too long.

Yeah Monkey Boy. The idea is to get kick out as much high quality articles as often as possible. Build up a decent readership for a nice long term game plan!

Stick around though, I'm just getting started, things are always gonna be changing in here!
