I picked up on an article written on iMod by my mate ChrisM about Wordpress Consultants.
He basically outlines what a Wordpress Consultants is and how they add value to a companies web strategy. I have seen quite a few well established companies use Wordpress as a CMS for their websites, and Wordpress certainly does have a lot of potential as a CMS for running hardcore websites, whether it be media heavy or simple shopping cart type sites. Many confuse Wordpress for being a blogging platform only, but its true potential lies within its extensibility with plugins.
This blog is currently being run on Wordpress and I have not used a Wordpress Consultants and have chosen to explore the potential of Wordpress on my own.
