So 50 years after Mini launched the previous Mini Coupe, on 26 August 1959, the now BMW owned stable has evolved the car into a 2009 sports coupe worth taking serious.
The car is targeted at the same target market as the BMW Z4 owner and is most rumoured to likely to graduate from concept to production by early 2011.
