Growing up in the 90’s meant that I grew up watching Michael Schumacher drive for Ferrari on Sunday’s during the F1 races, which also meant that at every TV break, I watched a series of Porsche ads. This is when I fell in love with the German car manufacturers work. When I discovered that both Porsche and Audi were of the same family of cars, this love immediately grew and today, I am a fairly big fan of the Cayman S, which is not exactly the fastest, the most advanced or even the best driving experience-car in the stable, but I’m convinced that it is the best looking of the cars within affordability range for me.
The Porsche Club Cape will be getting together on Sunday, 29th January 2012 at 8:30am to show off just the kind of beauty that I’m referring to as its members show off their cars. They’ve also been kind enough to extend an open invitation to Porsche fans to visit them at the 2012 Annual Porsche Club Cape Concourse.
Below is a map to the event which will be held in the V&A Waterfront, in Cape Town and the contact details of the organisers.
