Apple Watch update is now available as watchOS 2!

A week after it was initially expected, the fellas at Apple have finally released the 1st update for Apple Watch in the form of watch OS 2. To get the update, open the Watch app on your phone, go to General > Software Update. Watch OS update is a whopping 515MB big, and is installed via your iPhone, so you’re gonna need to ensure that your phone has at least 50% charge, has a stable wifi connection and that your watch is on its charger in order for the install to run.

Here’s a quick list of some of the new stuff to expect in the update:

  • New watch faces
  • Improved Siri
  • Better Navigation
  • Wifi calling without iPhone
  • Native apps
  • More customisable watch face complications (colours, content, images, etc)
  • etc

Go get it!
