This is a really good advert by VW for the launch of the VW Polo Vivo. I could be wrong, but I think that Ogilvy manages the VW account. Well done guys!

    Do your research on the locations of other storage units in your area and also figure out what the demand is for public storage. You will need to come up with a business plan and then pitch it the a bank and see if they will lend you the money to finance it. If they deny you, revise your financial plan and try again. One way or another, if the bank is going to make a profit off of your investment, they will lend. You just have to show them that they will.
